Judge sets bond for man accused of killing Loris teen

HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WMBF) – A murder suspect could soon be released from jail.
A judge set a $100,000 bond on Thursday for 20-year-old Tre’Shawn Davis.
Davis is accused of shooting and killing 19-year-old Mic’kell Grissett back on Jan. 16 along Cheryl Road. A second person was also hurt in the shooting, according to police.

Davis is charged with murder and attempted murder.
Grissett’s family spoke during the bond hearing and asked the judge to have mercy on Davis and that they forgive him.
If Davis bonds out of jail, a judge said that he must be on GPS monitoring and is not allowed to have any firearms.
