MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WMBF) - Horry County officials will test voting equipment before next month’s primary elections.

The Horry County Board of Voter Registration and Elections will hold the public tests May 6-10 from 9:30 a.m. until 4 p.m. each day. The test will be held at the board’s office, located at 1515 4th Avenue in Conway.

A separate test of the 450 Scanner will be held Friday at 8:30 a.m., also at the board’s office.

Those who would like to attend the equipment tests are asked to contact the board at 843-915-5440.

The June 11 primary will be for both Democratic and Republican parties. Voters in South Carolina can vote in either primary, but not both.
