Coroner: Woman dies in Conway crash

CONWAY, S.C. (WMBF) - A woman has died after a crash in Conway last week, according to an official.
Horry County Chief Deputy Coroner Tamara Willard said 44-year-old Ishia Thomas died after being hit on the driver’s side by another vehicle on Lochwood Lane.
The wreck happened at around 8 a.m. on March 21, but Thomas’s death was not reported until late Saturday.
Thomas died at the scene of “multiple traumatic injuries,” according to the coroner.
The Conway Police Department is investigating the crash.
