Here’s everything you need to know about Darlington Raceway’s “Throwback Weekend.”
WHAT’S GOING ON?
Darlington Raceway is hosting its “Throwback Weekend” of NASCAR races from May 10-12.
WHEN ARE THE RACES?
- Buckle Up South Carolina 200 - Craftsmen Truck Series
- May 10, 7:30 p.m.
- Crown Royal Purple Bag Project 200 - Xfinity Series
- Goodyear 400 - Cup Series
- May 12, 3 p.m.
CAN I STILL GET TICKETS?
As of Monday, tickets are still available for Sunday’s Goodyear 400.
CAN I PRINT MY TICKETS?
Yes. Darlington Raceway allows for printed tickets to be accepted. You can also store digital tickets on your phone or through the NASCAR Tracks app.

SHOULD I BRING CASH?
No. All of Darlington Raceway’s retail, food and beverage locations are cashless.
WHAT ABOUT BAGS?
Two bags per person are allowed, but cannot exceed 18″x18″x14″ in size.
Soft-sided coolers cannot be larger than 14″x14″x14″. A combination of those items are permitted with exception to one soft-sided cooler per person.
IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE GOING ON?
Darlington will host its car hauler showcase and parade at around 5:30 p.m. Saturday, following the Xfinity Series race. The parade will begin at South of Pearl in Darlington and end at the Xfinity Series garage.
Florence Motor Speedway will also host its “Prelude to Darlington” event on Saturday featuring Late Models, Chargers and other divisions of racing starting at 7 p.m. Organizers said a shuttle service will be provided to those camping at Darlington Raceway to FMS for the event. WHEN ARE THE FALL RACES?
Darlington is set to host NASCAR again in September over Labor Day weekend.
