MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WMBF) – Fans will be treated to both golf and music during the Myrtle Beach Classic next month.

Myrtle Beach Classic ticketholders for the Thursday and Saturday golf rounds can attend performances starting at 6 p.m. on those days.

SPECIAL SECTION | Myrtle Beach Classic

The Swingin’ Medallions will be putting on a show for the crowds on Thursday. The nine-piece beach rock band with South Carolina roots has performed with Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band on its reunion tour.

Then on Saturday, golf fans will be able to see Thompson Square, an award-winning country duo with 10 chart hits, including “Are You Going to Kiss Me or Not.”

The Myrtle Beach Classic is the first-ever PGA TOUR event in Myrtle Beach. It will be taking place May 9 through May 12 at the Dunes Golf and Beach Club.
