Empire State Building lights up garnet and black after Gamecock win

NEW YORK, N.Y. (FOX Carolina) - The Empire State Building is lighting up in garnet and black after South Carolina women’s basketball team won the 2024 NCAA National Championship.
The Gamecocks beat the Iowa Hawkeyes 87-75 for their third-ever national championship on Sunday.
The famous building displays blacked out floors from the ground up with one floor and the point in garnet.
